You order a dozen crickets you get a dozen crickets doesn't always mean they're always alive. Everyone else that I'm the pet store before this couple we just get a few crickets and throw in there they didn't count out actually 12 crickets. And when you got them they were more than 12 alive. Come on crickets are cheap to bye I know used to buy them by the case
